Running a practice order

A practice order lets you experience exactly what happens when a customer orders from you, using one of your own products and your real order screens. It does not affect your stock, your statistics or your real order list.

1. 1Go to Help & practice in your dashboard and open Practice order.
2. 2Optionally enter a second email address to receive the customer's emails. If you leave it blank, both sides are sent to your own email.
3. 3Select Start trial order. You will receive a "New trial order" email, just as you would for a real order.
4. 4Send the customer their total, then mark the order as paid, exactly as you would for real.
5. 5Check your inbox at each step to see the emails your customer would receive.
