Quote-first jobs: receiving and answering quote requests

Quote-first jobs suit work where the price depends on the details, such as printing, building or catering. Switch them on under Settings → What you sell.

1. 1Go to Quotes and add the jobs you offer under What you offer. They appear in a "Quote-first jobs" section on your shop.
2. 2Customers request a quote, describing what they need. You receive an email and the request appears under Requests.
3. 3Enter your Price and an optional Note, then select Send quote. Or select Decline if you cannot do the job.
4. 4The customer is emailed your quote and can accept or decline it.
5. 5Once accepted, continue the conversation on WhatsApp to arrange the details and payment.
