Getting customer reviews
Share your review link, and let Kartzy ask customers for reviews automatically.
Reviews appear in a carousel on your home page and build trust with new customers.
Your review link
Go to Settings → Social links & reviews and select Copy review link. Send it to customers after they have received their order or attended their booking.
Automatic review requests
With Review requests switched on (it is on by default), customers automatically receive one email asking for a review: five days after you mark their order as done, or the day after their booking. Each customer is asked at most once a month. You can switch it on or off with the Review requests button at the top of the Orders or Bookings page.
