How to add a product
Name, price, photos, description, category and visibility.
- 1Go to Products and select Add product.
- 2Enter the Product name and Price (R).
- 3Add a Description: what it is, what comes with it and anything the customer should know.
- 4Choose a Category, if you use categories.
- 5Upload up to 5 photos. Square photos work best. The first photo is the main one shown in your shop.
- 6Set your stock (see Managing stock).
- 7Tick Feature this product on my home page if you want it shown under your banner.
- 8Make sure Show this product in my shop is ticked, then select Save.
Tip
If you do not upload a photo, Kartzy shows a neat placeholder instead, but real photos sell far better.
To edit or hide a product later, open it from Products. Unticking Show this product in my shop hides it without deleting it.
