Suspension and deletion of a store
What happens if a subscription is not paid, and how to reinstate your store.
A store is suspended if:
- payment details are not added within 3 days of the free trial ending,
- a payment is still unsuccessful 7 days after it was due, or
- the subscription was cancelled and the paid period has ended.
While suspended, your store is not visible to customers and the dashboard cannot be used, except for the billing page. We email you reminders before and during suspension.
Important
If the subscription is not renewed within 14 days of suspension, the store and all of its information (products, orders and settings) are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
To reinstate your store, log in and select Renew subscription. Your store is restored immediately.
