Appointments, classes and rentals explained
The three kinds of bookings, and how to switch them on.
- Appointments: a single time slot, booked from your working hours. For example, a haircut, a massage or a consultation.
- Classes: sessions you schedule yourself, each with a seat limit. For example, a workshop or a group class. When a class is full, customers can join the waitlist.
- Rentals: booked by date range and priced per night. For example, equipment, a venue or a stay.
To switch them on, go to Settings → What you sell → What are you listing? and tick the types you offer. Bookings and Services then appear in your dashboard menu.
