Opening hours, team members and blocking time off
Control when customers can book you, and who they book with.
Go to Services → Shop hours & team.
Opening hours
Set the hours you work on each day. Customers can only book appointments within these hours.
Break between appointments
Add a break, for example 15 minutes, to give yourself time to clean up or travel between appointments.
Your team
If more than one person takes appointments, add each team member. Kartzy then allows as many bookings at the same time as you have people available.
Days off and blocking time
Add days off for yourself or a team member. To block a shorter time, such as lunch or a walk-in, go to Bookings and use Block off time. Leave the times empty to block the whole day.
