Automatic card payments with iKhokha

With iKhokha connected, customers pay by card straight after checkout, and the order is marked as paid automatically. There is nothing for you to check or confirm.

Before you start

• You need your own iKhokha business account.
• iKhokha is being rolled out to selected shops. If the option is locked, contact Kartzy to have it switched on for your shop.
• Every delivery option you offer must have a fixed fee (see Delivery and collection).

Connecting iKhokha

1. 1Go to Settings → Payments and tick Card, automatic (iKhokha).
2. 2Paste your Application ID and Application Secret from the iKhokha developer portal. The step-by-step guide linked on that page shows exactly where to find them.
3. 3Select Save shop settings. You will see "Connected" once it is working.

The money goes straight into your iKhokha account. Kartzy never sees it.
