Setting up delivery and collection

Go to Settings → Delivery & collection and switch on the options you offer:

• Collection: the customer collects from you. Always free.
• Local delivery: you deliver in your own town or area.
• Nationwide courier: you courier anywhere in South Africa. You can show your courier's name, for example The Courier Guy.
• Pudo locker: the customer picks up from a Pudo locker near them. They type in which locker at checkout.

For local delivery and courier, choose how the fee works:

• One fixed fee: the same amount on every order.
• By parcel size (courier only): you set a price for each box size, and Kartzy works out which box the order needs.
• I'll work it out per order: for when you want to quote each order yourself. You add the cost before sending the total.

Pricing by parcel size

Pudo lockers are always priced by parcel size, and a courier can be too. There are five sizes, matching Pudo's lockers: extra small (up to 2 kg), small (5 kg), medium (10 kg), large (15 kg) and extra large (20 kg).

1. 1Enter your price for each size. Pudo starts with Pudo's standard locker-to-locker prices, which you can change. Leave a size blank if you never ship it.
2. 2Under Most of my orders fit in a…, choose the size most of your orders ship in.
3. 3If a product needs a bigger or smaller box, open the product and set its Parcel size for delivery.

At checkout, Kartzy adds up the items in the cart and picks the box that fits, moving up a size for bigger orders. The customer sees the delivery price and their full total straight away, and you see the parcel size on the order.

Each option can also have a short note for customers, such as your collection times or courier time frames.
