Choosing how you sell: Sell products, Take orders or Showcase

Go to Settings → What you sell → How products are sold and choose one:

• Sell products: a normal online shop. Customers add to cart, check out and pay, and you deliver or hand over the order.
• Take orders: for pop-ups and made-to-order items. Customers tell you when they want it, and you approve each order yourself before it is confirmed. They receive their confirmation email once you approve.
• Showcase: no cart. Customers enquire about an item and you follow up yourself. Best for expensive or one-of-a-kind items.

You can change this at any time. Orders already placed are not affected.
