Marking an order as paid, completing or cancelling it
Confirm payment, send a receipt, finish the order, or cancel it.
Marking an order as paid
- 1Check that the payment has actually reached your account. Do not rely on a screenshot alone.
- 2Open the order under Waiting for payment.
- 3Under Paid by, choose how they paid and, for EFT, enter the Reference on the POP (proof of payment).
- 4Select Mark paid. The customer is emailed a confirmation, and you can download a receipt to send them.
Completing an order
Once the customer has their order, select Mark collected / delivered. If review requests are switched on, the customer is emailed a few days later asking for a review.
Cancelling an order
Open the order and select Cancel. Any stock it used is automatically put back. Refunds are handled between you and the customer, as Kartzy does not hold the money.
Recording an in-person sale
Sold something face to face? Select + In-person sale on the Orders page to record it, so your stock and sales figures stay accurate.
