What your customers see when they book
The booking calendar, choosing a time, and the emails customers receive.
- 1The customer opens a service on your shop. Next available shows the soonest free time, which they can choose with one tap.
- 2The calendar shows the coming weeks. Green days have plenty of times free, amber days only have a few left, and greyed-out days are full or closed.
- 3They choose a day, then a time, and select Continue.
- 4They enter their name, email, WhatsApp number and any notes, agree to your cancellation policy if there is a deposit, and confirm.
- 5They receive a confirmation email with the details, your payment details for any deposit, and a link to manage or cancel their booking.
